Starter Announcement

So this is the basic for now. More info to come. This will include and appropriate ranking system, more locations to RP in, examples of location threads and character sheets.

Also, for now, till I figure out the system better, refrain from OC-ing (Out of Character talking) without at least attaching it to a IC (In Character) post.
